For wide and small tips manufactures either manually or automatically, open or closed form. The tips are placed on new kinds of templates, without any vacuum. WK 9-2 Tie Turner
This machine turns systems – consisting of four stainless steel bars each and with a ring fixed at the end of the bars – also turn sensitive cloth with maximum possible care. A big-dimension, swiveling stacking-drawer allows to turn even large bundles without interruption unloading and to remove them all at once. This maintenance-free constructed machine convinces because of its high productivity and minor corrections of the neckties. Output: Up to 6000pcs/8 hours
WK 10-2 Finishing- Press
The consistent further development of the ironing system. Well- established for many years. This intelligent ironing system is able to iron the neckties with different pressures at definable positions. The distance between the bar tacks, the length of the single bar tack and the number of stitches per bar tack can be easily adjusted.
The thread cutter consists of a knife at the back of the looper. When the looper turns back, the thread is being cut. By using this
system, it is possible to sew with an extremely low thread tension; this will in no way effect the thread.

With programme 1 all functions can be used separately (food up/down, release of brake, slow speed forwards/backwards).
With the programme 2 a complete seam can be sewn in slow speed (e.g. in order to watch the opening of the loop).

Two ironing systems, working parallel and independent of each other, allow a high productivity.
Due to an extremely strong vacuum, the neckties will be completely cooled and dehumidified.
